Unlike Islamabad? My recent visit to Islamabad was an eye opener… the new underpass is now complete, road widening is happening all over the city, more new roads have popped up there in the last 12 months than at any point in the last 2 or 3 decades. The Centaurus is being built, slowly but surely… I wish they would speed it up, but I suppose in the current global economic climate all such high end real estate development has been slowed down some what. Still, it’s moving in the right direction.

It’s good to see all the development and construction going on in Lahore. Unlike Islamabad, Lahore is moving towards modernization and provision of better facilities to Lahories at a fast rate. Throughout my 9 year stay in Lahore, I have seen the city improve a lot.
