Probably the worst ISP in the world, ironically have a decent customer service as in they send someone over even at the middle of the night. The only problem is that the customer service or their tech support cannot do anything at all because their network sucks, they use obsolete and cheap equipment that fails for several hours every day. I had one of their fastest cable connection packages and it was slow, I mean real slow, even dialup could be faster. I haven't checked out Wateen yet, is it any good or just a lot of hype? At least it's far far better than the dial-up connection I was using before!
